USE OF CONTENT
All content shared during our events, including but not limited to videos, downloads, emails, collaborating materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Cultural Ventures. It is provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced or republished without prior written consent.
EVENT ACCESS
Registration grants you access to the live or pre-recorded content associated with the event. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, presenters, or format at any time. You may receive email and/or SMS reminders, updates, and related offers.
NO GUARANTEES
While we share strategies, tools, and insights intended to support your growth and actualization we make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or success. Results vary and depend on your own implementation, timing, and individual circumstances.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility: This Refunds and Returns section applies to digital products, passes, and access sold through our store. Requests must be submitted within 7 days. If a refund is approved, access to the product, community, and any related materials may be revoked.

What Happens Next: We review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Exclusions: Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase. Completed 1:1 sessions, if included, are non-refundable once delivered. Chargebacks initiated before contacting support may void eligibility.
Access After Refund: If a refund is granted, your access to the product, community spaces, and any bonus materials may be deactivated immediately.
Taxes and Fees: Any taxes collected at checkout will be refunded where required by law. Currency conversion and bank fees are not reimbursed.
CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION
We reserve the right to remove any participant from our events or platforms, without refund or notice, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the experience of others.
